At Aurali, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns
    You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene reasons, used pillows or products not in their original condition cannot be returned.

  • Shipping Costs
    Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
